Current Obsessions!

Alexander Rybak Madness!, Live Action Love and Super Junior (SuJu) Obsession.

Alexander Rybak (made for blog)

The picture above is of, 25 year old Alexander Rybak from Norway, who is a singer-composer, violinist, pianist, writer and actor. He also managed to represent Norway in the 2009 Eurovision Song contest, held in Moscow, Russia and won with 387 points, which is the highest tally any country has gotten in Eurovision history! Could he be any more amazing?

So currently, I am obsessed with his song "fairytale", first of all, it has a tune that I have never heard before. It starts with a fast paced violin, which drew me in, since we all know how obsessed I am with the strings (cello, violin etc.) The lyrics and the rhythm all go together well, and honestly, i think anyone can be hooked to this song.

Next up is Live Action Love.

So if you haven't seen my latest blog post, I pretty much watched a drama (Japanese). This was the adaptation of a manga/anime, so it was a live action. Recently I started watching live action, for some people, you might think this is weird, and at first so did I, but once i got into it i started loving it. Since each drama is personalized in their own way, it makes them quite different, so if you can't have enough of on anime or manga i suggest watching a live action or a drama. However, I might start watching Prosecutor Princess which isn't based on an anime or manga, so hopefully it will go well.

Lastly, Super Junior Obssession.
There is this Korean band called Super Junior, also known as SuJu. Lets just say they did pop and cool better then everyone else in the world.

There style is just Fierce! The way they move, dance, act, sing is all super cool! even though the song is in a different language it's totally worth listening, since the beat is sick, they can dance and sing!
This is my favourite song and video of theirs "Mr.Simple"

Hopefully you watched it, and you can see how much better they are then any one! No offense to Justin Beiber, or Justin Timberlake or anyone else who is in the music industry but sorry guys they blew you out of the water and its tough to compare.
Look at the style they wear. Did anyone else see the nautical them, as well as the beautiful blazers and soo colourful, I think I'm in love.

Well, those are my current obssessions :)

'Til next time,
Adieu, Syanora,

Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (Perfect girl Evolution, wallflower)

This is the japanese drama adaptation of Hayakawa Tomoko's manga "Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge" also known as "Perfect Girl Evolution" as well as "The wallflower" There is also an Anime based on the manga series, which has been dubbed.

First of all, I read the manga by Hayakawa Tomoko, but to soon find out that it's status was ongoing and I was in love with it, so I decided to watch anime. Then to find out that the anime's ending, wasn't a wrap it was more of a...well, lets just say it definitely could of gone a lot better, with at least Sunako solving her problems, or getting with someone *hint**hint*, so now here I am watching the Japanese drama adaptation, which was very different but I feel it was much better then the anime as well as, it was HILARIOUS!!!

The basic plot line is about Sunako Nakahara a Horror loving, Unfashionable, way beyond Goth, girl who doesn't care about her looks one bit, she just loves all the blood, guts and gore and HATES bright things! However, she wasn't always like this. What brought this on? 2 years ago (manga, four years in drama) she confessed to her first love, but his response wasn't expected "I'm sorry I don't like ugly girls". That was the day that Sunako's world came crashing down. She felt alone, and slowly became evasive to the world, she talked to no one, soon enough all her friends disappeared and all she had left was to talk to was Hiroshi a doll that was used for a science class, and shows the muscles and veins. Soon enough she became who she was today, no longer the girl who gave a damn about her looks. Now, a request from her aunt who owns a mansion in which 4 GORGEOUS boys live in, ask the boys (high school students) to make her niece into a lovely lady, or else there already expensive rent, will be tripled, but if she turns into a lady (preferably a traditional japanese lady, which is called a yamato nadeshiko)! Sunako Nakahara, now has to live in a mansion with these BRIGHT creatures: Kyouhei Takano:Beautiful, Violent, loves food. Takenaga Oda: Shy, Voice of reason, heir of a wealthy family. Yukinojo Toyama: Gentle, Cute, innocent. Lastly, Ranmaru Morii: Playboy, wealthy, confident. these four boys set out to make Sunako a lady.
here's the image for the manga

Okay, so the manga is still ongoing, but is very humorous and definitely worth reading, but don't expect the story to progress fast, since Kyouhei and Sunako's love is such a hard thing to notice!
This is the original work, and notice that on the manga cover your can see Sunako is the cartoon looking character, she often turns into that in the manga because well 1.its hilarious 2.it's to hide in a way.

Now, for the anime, you can see how truly pretty Sunako is, but she hates herself and thinks she's ugly, thanks to that useless boy!
Also in the anime, my favourite voice actor, who plays Tamaki in Ouran high School Host Club, Vic Mignona, plays Takenaga.
The anime is funny, but honestly, it doesn't progress at all, and also Sunako often goes in her cartoon form quite a lot =P theres no helping it, is there.

lastly, the drama, which honestly, I loved. It's very different from both the anime and drama, but the basic plot line is the same. Kyouhei and Sunako progress fairly quick, do to the fact that there's only 10 episodes. The drama also, shows the story lines of everyone else, which I found interesting, since in such a short amount of time, they also captured every story, grasped each character well and they did it so well. The ending was absolutely beautiful, and filled with action. How Kyouhei made sunako follow the skull, and then kissed her was just TOO CUTE!. The actors did very well, at first I thought Sunako's actor was too over dramatic, but if you think about it, that's how she would act, right? The drama was also very funny. Wait 'til the second episode to get hooked. Also, these characters are in their 20's. So, Sunako doesn't go to college or university, but everyone else does, however in the manga they were only 15. Also, Auntie had a child so you can't really grasp the fact that Sunako is like her own daughter, since she has Takeru (who is sooo cute), although she does act like it. The drama is subbed, but is definently worth watching. Come on! its only 10 episode right.

Anyways my next drama is Ouran high School Host Club, and when the extravagant challenge comes out, I am hoping to do a blog post on harry potter and the deathly hallows part 2, as well as the skip beat anime.

'til next time, Adieu, Syanora.

WEDINATOR - Funny Wedding Photos

EEEEEEEEEEEEEK

DarkMoon // Tsukigomori

My explanation of the Dark Moon story line of Skip beat!
Let's start off with Katsuki, the main character's story line

When Katsuki was a young boy, he had a father whom was indebted to his wealthy friend (an elder in the Hongo family). Katsuki dad got to know the younger brother of the elder Hongo family, and soon became a chauffeur for his family, which consisted of him, his wife and his only daughter.

Whilst on vacation (katsuki and his family), the younger Hongo's family got into a car accident, killing him and his wife, leaving his daughter orphaned. Katsuki's father wasn't harmed since he was on a holiday with his family. Since the incident. Katsuki's father woke up every night crying, from nightmares, and pleading for forgiveness. After discussing it with his wife, they went to the police, to talk about the details. (which leaves me assuming they didn't go to the police before).

One night, the moon was bright, and dazzling. Katsuki, who was still a child, let the moon lure him outside to view it. When Katsuki returned home, his whole family was stolen/MURDERED by  a man whom Katsuki once saw before, as well as saw his face on the dreadful night his family was murdered. The eldest of the Hongo family. The family's death, was ruled as a suicide on the news. Covering up the fact that it was actually murder.

That night, Katsuki swore to himself never to reveal his identity until the time comes, to get revenge on the man he saw on the luminescent night (elder Hongo).By the way katsuki, is his new identity's name.

SWITCH STORIES

When Mizuki was young, her family was in a car accident, in which only she survived.  She was adopted by her fathers older brother, whilst in his household, she was never cared for, yet still managed to grow up with a bright and cheerful personality. in this household, she was treated as a maid.

Mio, is mizuki's cousin, and mizuki now lives in mios house. Mio is shy and quiet as well as withdrawn, with somewhat of an inferiority complex, in which case she likes to win most of the time, so it shows that shes not exactly shy and quiet but actually is just withdrawn under the circumstances she was living in. Mio hates her mom, since she is always comparing her to her "perfect" two-faced sister, Misao. She hates her dad since she knows of the fact that he arranged for the death of his brother (mizukis father), and only she and katsuki know this, (btw you find out later that the car accident was arranged by him). Misao, whom was jelous of Mio's ability to play the violin when they were younger, pushed mio off a hill, which mio fell into glass and other things, causing a huge grotesque scar on the side of mio's head.Mio hates Mizuki, because Mio in a way has grown up in a similar situation as her (no love etc) but managed to have a cheerful, bright personality, and is the polar opposite of Mio, in a way you can say that admiration and jelousy turned into hate. So in a nutshell, Mio hates the entire hongo family.

Fast forward into the future, Mio and Mizuki now attend a high school, where Katsuki is a music teacher. Katsuki manipulated Misao (Mio's sister)'s feelings to gain acceptance from the family, which gives him the exact closeness he needs with the family, so he can get his revenge.

No one knows Katsuki's identity, except Mio, whom knows of the accident.

Katsuki being a teacher, teacher mizuki, after spending time together, a student-teacher relationship became intense and lead to other feelings.

Many things are holding back katsuki's emotions:
-His thirst for revenge
-the suggestion that his father may be responsible for Mizuki's father's death. Since his father's involvement is unknown. But i have the feeling that he may have had a hand in his death, after all he was having nightmares and feeling guilty, and went to the police, which may have given the eldest hongo a reason to murder his family to shush up the secret and he probably used money to hush the police. But then again thats just my reasoning
-and he's older, and is a teacher
That all somes up, its impossible, forbidden ETC.

Mio learns of Katsuki's feelings for Mizuki, and his motive, she was the only one in the family he didn't fool. She then joins forces with Mizuki to get revenge, and defeat the family she hates so much. Mizuki learns about everything, katsuki, the past etc. that helps them be together :):)

So i think they get there revenge or try. thats all we know.
But when katsuki was on vacation with his girlfriend, they got into a car accident and he was severely injured trying to protect her. It is unclear whether she was mizuki or misao but since skip beat showed mizuki in the car chase scene. i am guessing it could have been in a midst of a revenge plot, since it was a car CHASE scene. So i am assuming that's what happened.

Later when he recovered and back from the hospital they show a reunion scene between Katsuki and Mizuki. The End.
(they probably end up together sooner or later)

So suspenseful isn't it. It should be a drama anime or comic or book ANYTHING i just really want to see it in action .

So heres the differences between the mio in Dark Moon (modern) and Tsukigomori (original)
DM: Shes more of competitive and has a hateful aura and doesnt get surgery to remove her scar because whenever her sister see's it, she grimace's she uses it as a tool to get revenge on the family she hates.

Tsuki: She is definently alot more shy but covers her scar too

In the end of the day they are both Vengeful, twisted, pitiful people.
Honestly shes my favourite, but you HAVE to love tsuruga ren as katsuki, i love katsuki-mizuke relationship going on too though. :):)
btw if anyone notices my colour coating
Magenta:Mizuki+Katsuki
Green:Mio
Aqua: everyone
Lilac: Mizuki
Baby Blue: Katsuki
:)
