This book is about Chloe Saunders who thinks she can see and communicate with the dead. After people start finding out about her condition they send her to a group home for unstable teens. She learns about her powers and that the kids in the group home aren't just normal kids, they too, have powers similar to hers. When she finds out what truly goes on at the group home she cant help but somehow try to uncover the mystery...

So I've only read the first book in the "darkest powers" series but, this book was pretty good. The writing was pretty simple, but that is sort of expected from a "red maple" book.

I recommend this book for ages 12+

The Immortal Series: Night Star

Okay so as we all know about the immortal series by alyson noel which so far consists of 5 books while she is also writing her sixth. These books include: Evermore, Blue Moon, Shadowland, Dark Flame, and  the new recent addition Night Star (p.s she is writing the last book "everlasting" currently.
 I've already reviewed the first four books, and am about to review the 5th one.
Night star takes place after Jude kills Roman and Haven has her hopes set against killing Ever and Jude to avenge Roman's death!
Havens up to the same old tricks Roman used to play, and is drunk on power.
Miles knows the truth.
Damen's dark secret.
Evers visit to the shadowland, and eternal dark abyss.Forced to choose once and for all
Jude still hung up.
 Does that not sound alluring or what!!!
This book was written a bit different then the rest, its alittle more "mature" if thats the right word, but i still think that Blue moon is the best book so far in the series.
so that was my short review.

Ouran High School host Club (BEST ANIME AND MANGA EVER)

Manga is better than the anime AGAIN!
Haruhi fujioka is transferred to a rich school (shes poor) with her scholarship, while looking for a place to read she stumbles into an abandoned music room and it turns out there is a "host club in there" and as tamaki suoh says "the host club is where guys with to much free time on there hands entertain girls who also have to much free time on there hands" The guys think haruhi is a guy with her ability to not care about her looks, she ends up accidently knocking over an 8million yen vase and is in debt and is forced to work as a host in the host club and has to disguise as a guy. Slowly Tamaki (the leader) and hikaru and kaoru (the twins) and the members  go through a bunch of events and haruhi learns alot about everyone the twins and tamaki fall in love with haruhi and tamaki covers up his feelins as fatherly love its HILARIOUS!!!! and so the anime is completely different and ends as tamaki getting engaged forcefully to a rich gal to see his mother again and then haruhi goes and stops him, she falls off the high way into a lake and tamaki saves her and theyre together<3 but in the manga (ITS MUCH BETTER) that doesnt happen, alot of events happen but heres a sum up  tamaki returns to his grandmother and moves in to the main residence his grandma doesnt let him be in the host club or see haruhi, haruhi and tamaki loved each other, (secretly) and tamaki started ignoring her and then said some really rude things to her and then haruhi had to quit the club and was really sad, and returned to her ugly uncaring about her looks self, everyone is shocked, then one day the members of the club realize that tamaki'ss mom (who he was forbidden to see) was in japan for a while and he wouldnt see her because his grandma forbid him... the host club members gather up, and break into the main house and told him to go and he wouldnt haruhi lectured him and then his grandma gave him permission, so after all this troublle tryna get to the airport (it was before her flight left) and then in the car he told kyoya to stay inside and haruhis like okay what do i do and he grabbed her hand and was like stay with me through it all. and then he finally sees his mother for only five minutes but it was a beautiful moment, and then haruhi accidently blurted out "i love you" to him and then he was like what, i didnt hear you over the plane i thought i heard you say you loved me and shes like no but what if i did hypothetically and he was like uhh and shes like ok i get it whatever and she was about to run off and he was like me too, and she was like are you saying you love yourself to (since he is a tad bit narcisstic) and he was like is that something i would say! and he was like do you... do you love me? and she was like i dont know if i love you anymore and she was crying (p.s im sorta saying this from memory im not sure if this is word for word correct) and he grabbed her and kissed her and shes like what??? and he was like well you said you didnt love me anymore and i didnt know what to do. so anyways they were together after that and he went through all this trouble to plan a perfect date and it turns out it was TOO MUCh and then he told her he knows about her going to america to study, and then later at the host club (back in session) hikaru and kaoru were jelous of tamaki since they loved her too but they didnt mind, so she was like before i go to america i want everyone to know im a girl... and they were like fine so they held this masqurade ball and then boom they grabbed haruhi put her in a lavish dress made her hair beautiful and she looked soo pretty and then they were like to the guests lets play one last game called the true form of haruhi! and then they all figured it out and tamaki found her and then told her he was moving to america with her to support her no matter what and a small argument happened and in the end they moved in together in america and big surprise THE HOST CLUB FOLLOWED! it was hlarious well that is the official ending, after that it just shows the host club secret about hani-senpai (not that big) and her and tamaki living together oh and another cute thing was that he would do whatever she asked as long as she kissed him good morning and good night :PP

Fruit Basket (Anime & Manga)

So its been a while but heres my latest blog post!
So... this post is about an anime and manga (comic) called fruit basket
High school student Touhru honda's mom died and she began living in a tent... in the forest, she sees a mysterious house in the forest.. and inside that house lives Yuki and Shigure Sohma. Yuki who is the most popular guy at the high school, touhru learns about his families secret. That he and 12 other members of the sohmas are cursed by the zodiac(when they are hugged by the opposite sex, or under a great deal of stress they turn into one of the 13 zodiac animals) and about Akito the one who is there leader and tortures everyone. Tohru begins to live with the sohmas and cleans up after them. As she finds out more about the sohmas getting to know each and every one of them she begins to fall in love with Kyo, the cat of the zodiac who was never accepted in the zodiac and lived a life of solitude and is destined to be imprisoned alone since he is cursed with the cat and his hateful spirit. Kyo begins to live with them a tohru slowly falls in love with him while Yuki and kyo and some other people fall in love with her. Touru helps out everyone and fixes all there problems and worries, akito begins to hate her (Yadayadayada) One day touru sees Kyo's true form of the hateful evil cat spirit, she overcomes it and kyou becomes thankful yadayadayay anyways the anime ends there IN THE MANGA yuki and kyo are always fighting (anime too) and slowly they fight over her and momoji also loves her balahhaha the manga is better the ending is better it continues on and slowly touru ends up with kyo and they move together to university after all this DRAMA!!! akito ends up to be a girl! Yuki finds another girl and everyones curse is lifted all thanks to touhru (btw the manga is better then the anime)

Haruhi:Crystal Gem

Okay, so my Anime character is COMPLETE!
i have named her Haruhi Souoh, and her transformation name is "Crystal Gem" here is a picture of the final product. It looks pretty awesome, but the backrounds took forever to find on google the one on the right is a bunch of images i put together and the left is just one picture :P So, i hope you like it!

Her transformation words? GEM CRYSTAL POWER ERRUPT!

Anyway i named her Horahui (i needed something japanese)  Also check out my "sailormoon" weird crappy inpersonation i made on paint it looks hilarious like a character from that old show "boys stuff, girls stuff)

Mermaid Melody

okay so, this anime wasn't one of the best, but it was still good.
so heres the plot:
theres this mermaid and she had this pink pearl but she gave it to a boy she saved long ago. Well she needs that pearl, so she can protect it from Gaito who wants to rule the 7 seas who is a descendant of the phantellesa clan. so anyways the pink pearl mermaid Lucia finds this guy and gets her pearl back and he falls in love with her. Lucia in her human form (which looks nothing like her mermaid form) meets other mermaids and try to defeat Gaito's minions. So, Lucia in her human form falls in love with Kaito (the boy who gave her the pearl back), one problem is that Lucia cant tell him shes a mermaid or she'll turn into bubbles (lol) so he has to figure it out himself.Lucia meets other mermaids who have their own love stories going on :)  Later on Kaito discovers his father wasnt his real father (btw his parents died and he survived on the cruise  thanks to lucia) so he realizes he is the twin brother of Gaito, and also a descendant of the phantellesa clan. he finds out Lucia is a mermaid. Gaito wanted to rule the seas because it was the evil mermaid of the indian oceans wish so all humans would be destroyed (the human she fell in love with "betrayed" her) and Gaito loved her. In the end the mermaid princesses help revive aqua regina (water queen) and turned everyone good yada yada yada.in the end Lucia is with kaito.

in the second season:
Kaito moves to Hawaii and gets in a surfing accident and forgets EVERYTHING. he meets this sick girl Mikaru, who moves with him back to Japan. Lucia is forced to see them  together blah blah blah. Mean while the other mermaids have guys of their own and Lucia is all alone. Slowly Kaito starts to remember. Oh, and theres this angel type thing Mikeru who needs power so he can revive the ancients. so in the end it turns out Mikaru is Mikeru's other half (human form typa thing) and this is only because Mikaru's father tried to save her in the past and ended up failing. In the end Mikeru turns good, and returns to the ancients in the sky, Mikaru is reborn, and kaito and lucia are back together.

Yeah, so not that interesting so i give it a 2.5/5 because the plot was interesting but they didnt portray it properly, some episodes were amazing while others were dull. So that is my reasoning.
p.s in the picture it only shows the original 7 mermaid princesses not the new indian ocean princess or the guys.
